- Know your topic
It’s a familiar feeling, you want to post consistently on Instagram, but the thought of what to posts leaves you with a blank mind and in a cold sweat.
Relax. Did you know that most successful Instagrammers only have around five core topics that they post about? This makes up the base of their Instagram theme. When choosing your Instagram theme, focus on what it is you want your brand to stand out for. Then think about what it is your audience would like to know about this theme. What content would inspire, motivate, excite or simply educate them?
- Decide your timings
Once you know your topics, decide how many times a week you’d like to post. Be honest with your abilities to create the content but don’t go too easy on yourself; to be a success on Instagram you must be prepared to put in a little effort too! Will you post every two days or three times a week? Remember, consistency is the key, whatever you decide now you need to be prepared to stick to in a few weeks’ time.
